Excess Rain Left an Indelible Mark in St. Elizabeth – And with the heavy rains causing extensive damage to already deplorable roads across the island, some residents in Haughton District in North West St. Elizabeth have taken it upon themselves to fill potholes in a section of the community.

Member of Parliament for the constituency, William Hutchinson, says the main roads are most affected and farmers are the ones bearing the brunt of the devastation.
