Ex-Inmate Accuses DCS – A former inmate at the Tower Street Adult Correctional centre is calling out the Department of Correctional Services (DCS) for allegedly compromising the welfare and medical needs of prisoners. The ex-inmate says the officers do not take the medical needs of prisoners seriously, putting them at further risk.
