Education Minister Fayval Williams on Tuesday told the parliament that a recent study conducted among teachers uncovered the bulk of the educators found online teaching demanding. The Minister also painted a picture of the education sector just over a month since returning to full face-to-face learning. She was making her contribution to the sectoral presentation.

The Minister notes parents are happy, social bonds rekindled for students and the work continues to ensure no child is left behind. Approximately 1200 students from primary and high schools were unaccounted for the online majority are back in school, thanks to the yard-to-yard initiative launched in the COVID-19 pandemic. More details below:
