Dr. Dayton Campbell Bashes Government for Low Birth Rate

The opposition, the People’s National Party is again being critical of the government’s handling of the economy. At the final Divisional Conference held on Sunday, in St. Andrew, party members say the Jamaican people have been bearing the brunt of the economic hardship for far too long, in addition to rampant crime and violence General secretary, Dr. Dayton Campbell bashed the Minister of National Security, Dr. Horace Chang, over what he claims, insensitive” comments regarding the island’s security.  

Campbell further expressed his concerns around the 17 million dollars expended to erect the Montego Bay sign. Dr. Campbell also bashed the Minister of Health Dr. Christopher Tufton for his recent comments regarding the decline in the nation’s birth rate. Dr. Campbell says unlike the Prime Minister of Jamaica, the suffrage of the Jamaican people affects him. He is calling on the administration to better cater to the needs of the Jamaican people. Watch the report below:
