Faced with a rare opportunity Amoy Johnson of Lionel Town, Clarendon returned a lost package to its owner and was rewarded for his good deeds and highlighted as a role model.

On September 30, Amoy Johnson of York Town, Clarendon found an envelope at the courts, May Pen Branch. He says unaware of what was in the envelope he brought it directly to the cashier where he was told contact information was in the envelope along with $8000. Johnson did indeed reach out to the owner. This honest deed may have changed his life for the better, as the owner rewarded him as a gesture of gratitude.

Miss Richards, the owner of the contents says she was surprised when she received the call knowing that people like Johnson are rare.

Councilor of the York Town Division Uphell Purcell lauded Johnson. He says this is an example everyone should follow.
