With the growing reports of abduction across the country, particularly involving private passenger vehicles, one criminologist is urging commuters to avoid robot taxis. He says the possibility of being inconvenienced should not be traded for life endangerment.
Private Security Expert Dr Jason Mckay says there are a wide variety of taxis from which passengers can choose if they are suspicious about a vehicle. He further warns passengers against displaying docile behavior when in life-threatening situations.
With the festive season fast approaching Dr Mckay is stressing the need for vigilance. Watch the report:
