The Ministry of Health and Wellness has revealed that the deadly COVID-19, Coronavirus has pushed many individuals to resort to substance abuse despite the many implications.
Minister of Health and Wellness Dr Christopher Tufton says it is the mandate of the public health sector to allow individuals to make informed choices to prevent the burden on society and lower healthcare costs. Watch the report:
