Contract Workers Must Be Treated Fairly

Opposition Spokesperson on Labour and Social Security Dr. Angela Brown Burke is applauding the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on the treatment of security personnel and by extension contract workers. The ruling suggests contract workers must receive similar treatment to employees.

She agrees security guards should be fairly treated. She explains the ruling has again highlighted the difference between contract workers and employees. Brown burke says employers should consider the ruling. Watch the report:
