Members of the Rastafarian Community, at Bob Marley Beach located in Bull Bay St Thomas, are determined they will not leave their livelihood. It was said that approximately four generations of Rastafarians live and work on the property.

An informal message via WhatsApp was how some residents knew they were staring down the road to eviction. A property sold but residents from Bob Marley Beach still declare they have the historic rights to the Rastafari tabernacle. One fisherman says he has occupied the land for years. Watch the report:
