As the Annual General Meeting for the Jamaica Cricket Association approaches, current President Billy Heaven has yet to initiate his campaign for re-election. Despite the upcoming challenge from the current First Vice-President, Donovan Bennett, Heaven remains unperturbed and has expressed no urgency in formulating a campaign strategy. Having led the JCA since 2013, Heaven remains focused on the association’s interests, unfazed by internal challenges within his administration.
