A mural extending from Windward Court in Kingston to the Bellevue Hospital is set to begin soon. Member of Parliament Phillip Paulwell says the beautification project is aimed at uplifting the community and the residents. With the removal of zinc fences now in phase 4 in Windward Court, Kingston, Member of Parliament Phillip Paulwell is seeking to add even more flair to the space. The project, being done in partnership with the Tourism Product Development Company (TPDCO), and the Bellevue Hospital – commenced recently and tackles the incessant issue of improper garbage disposal. 

The mural is expected to extend from the entrance of Windward Court to the entrance of the Bellevue Hospital. It will also display varying positive aspects of Jamaican culture. Paulwell says, the project will provide jobs for painters and other maintenance workers in the community, while inspiring children. Watch the report:
