Kingston’s Heroes Circle is abuzz with excitement about the revival of Crab Circle. The launch has drawn immense support from local residents, and political figures, including the Mayor of the Kingston & St Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC), Delroy Williams.
The special launch comes on the heels of a swift closure by Health Inspectors on Thursday, October 5, triggered by a video showcasing unsanitary practices by a vendor. Since then, vendors have undergone rigorous training facilitated by a collaboration between the Kingston Municipal Corporation and HEART Trust NSTA.
Street Vendors, now dubbed ‘Small Foods and Safety Operators,’ are eagerly anticipating a fresh start after comprehensive training – they are looking forward to a successful and hygienic business operation. CVM TV attended the relaunch and engaged with customers and the Small Foods and Safety Operators who were on location.
