A large blaze at the WISYNCO warehouse in Lakes Pen, St. Catherine has destroyed 2 trucks and 50 pallets.

However, Head of Operations for the Company Craig Clare describes the loss as minor, noting it’s nowhere close to devastation experienced in the 2016 fire. After the 2016 fire at the WISYNCO warehouse in lakes pen, St. Catherine destroyed a large section of the property, the warehouse was yet again up in flames Friday night, except this time no major damage was incurred.

The cause of the fire remains unknown, however reports are that the blaze began in the pallet repair yard on the compound resulting in what Craig Clare, calls the “minor loss of some property”. Clare is lauding the Jamaica Fire Brigade for a job well done, as he says the fire could’ve been much worse if they hadn’t’ responded so swiftly. The fire was contained by four units and twenty firefighters.

Meanwhile, CVM Live understands there should be no disruption of service. Also, no casualties have been reported.
