The Government of Jamaica two weeks ago announced a task force which should concern itself with the task of economic recovery through and post COVID-19. What are some of the historical, cultural and social nuances that this task force should concern its self with? What are the critical areas of transformation that it should pursue the creation of a healthier more sustainable Jamaica?
What can it do to reduce informality in the economy and how does it address issues of social inequality and an increasingly precarious labour market?

To discuss these issues we are joined by Michael Witter, Former Senior Lecturer at the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social And Economic Studies.
