The Statute of Limitations for Sexual Harassment Complaints

Justice does not have an expiry date-12 months is not enough! So say advocacy group Jamaicans for justice, who issued an open letter calling for the removal of the proposed 12 month limitation period for complaints of sexual harassment.

To discuss the perspective of Jamaicans for Justice (JFJ) and reaction to the comments we are joined by Executive Director Rodje Malcolm, and for a perspective from the social sciences, we are joined by author, social anthropologist, and lecturer Dr. Herbert Gayle.
