Read the details below:
Wednesday, September 16, 2020—Kingston, Jamaica: Please be advised that we have received confirmation of the COVID-19 infection of an employee at our Morant Bay branch.
The Ministry of Health and Wellness was consulted and they have advised that the branch does not need to be closed based on their assessment of the risk, given the period of time that has elapsed since the staff was last in office and other considerations.
We have completed deep cleaning and sanitization of the location and continue to conduct daily cleaning and sanitization of all our locations in keeping with our COVID-19 protocols.
We encourage customers to take advantage of our digital channels to complete their transactions, instead of going into a branch. These include:
- iABMs at our 24/7 Bank on the Go – to withdraw and deposit cash, deposit cheques, pay NWC, JPS, Flow and NCB credit card bills, and more
- Personal and Business Online Banking
- NCB mobile app
We appreciate your understanding as we continue to take the necessary measures to keep our employees and customers safe during this time.
