Author, Teca Donaldson is promoting her new book “The Breaking Bark”. The book features unconventional poetries and many experiences that may elicit uncomfortable conversations. It is also a dedication of love to family, friends, lovers, nature and undoubtedly one’s self.
The Breaking Bark was published while Donaldson was living in Poland. The book is intended for readers who can relate to the feeling of loneliness. The author also desires to inspire, and motivate readers to believe in their ability to achieve greatness.
Donaldson is a graduate of the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts. Donaldson is very passionate and enjoys putting pen to paper to write out her feelings, especially matters of the heart. Given her experience as a teacher, she believes it is a vital way to express what sometimes feels impossible to say.
