Papie Keelo whose given name is Robert Taylor is under the management of World Cloud Music and is part of the BMI Society. This talented young Artiste Papie Keelo has been exposed to the doctrines of many veteran artistes such as Freddy McGregor and Mavado who welcomed their knowledge and counsel.
