The Eternal Father Awards was created for Jamaicans to tell the stories of their fathers and share what it is that makes Dad extraordinary. Nominations are now open for the second staging and the public is invited to nominate their father or a great father they know for an award across eight categories.
The categories include the Marcus Garvey Award for Community Leadership/The Community Hero, Sam Sharpe Award for Exemplary Fathers of Children with a Disability, Sam Sharpe Award for Exemplary Fathers with a Disability, Paul Bogle Award for Mentorship/Development of Young Men, Ashley Smith Award for Religious Service, Best Fatherhood Moment Captured by Photograph, Best Fatherhood Moment Captured on Video and Parish Champion Father.
