The Jamaica Public Service (JPS) will carry out an upgrade on its Customer Service platform, from April 6 to 12, to enable it to serve customers better. During the upgrade payments made from April 6 – 12, will not show on JPS accounts until after April 12, no new connections will be made and some customers’ bills will be late – but their due date will be extended to give them the same amount of time to pay. Audrey Williams, Media and Public Relations Manager at JPS stopped by to share details about the upgrade. Watch the interview below to find out more.
