It’s time for ‘Puppy Yoga’!

Puppy yoga combines yoga practice with the company of adorable puppies, offering a fun and stress-relieving experience. These puppies are typically up to 14 weeks old and roam freely during the sessions, occasionally joining participants in yoga poses. Apart from the joy it brings, puppy yoga has mental health benefits, reducing stress and promoting relaxation. It also improves overall well-being through physical activity. Puppy Instructor Amira Cowell showcased this heartwarming practice on Sunrise with Ity and Tami, sharing the joy of puppy yoga with ‘Polo’ and ‘Bear’.
