Today we ask, how can we foster a culture of inclusivity that can change gender equality in the homes and workspace to reduce bias and stereotypes?

Davia Bryan-Campbell is the CEO/ Founder of EduHub Company Limited. EduHub is an educational technology company that provides instructional design, training, coaching and consultations for schools and businesses. The company has recently launched EdTech Club Caribbean, a learning community for teachers to share best ICT practices and learn new and innovative technology to improve their pedagogical skills. 

Mrs. Campbell is also the Educational Technologist at Carlong Publishers Ltd where she manages the e-Unit in providing e-resources to support the company. Davia is a Project Management Professional (PMP) who has over 10 experience years leading ICT related projects, while working at e-Learning Jamaica as a Project Implementation Officer, a Training Officer, Training Manager and Project Manager. 

Mrs. Campbell holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of South Wales, a Bachelor’s Degree in Guidance and Counselling from the Jamaica Theological Seminary and a Diploma in Secondary Education from Shortwood Teachers’ College. She also holds several certificates in Information and Communication Technology, instructional design and Project Management. 

Davia is an author for Carlong Primary Social Studies series and Oxford University Press Religious Education for Jamaica textbooks and workbooks for grade 7-9. She also volunteers as a member of the EdTech Women Jamaica Chapter and as a Get Safe Online Ambassador for Jamaica.

Linace is certified master coach who specializes in executive coaching especially women in leadership positions to build their confidence, improve their leadership skills, heal from past traumatic experiences, achieve their goals, and find purpose and true fulfillment. She has over 7 years experience in corporate training and coaching. She is a mother of two and joyfully married for almost 10 years to Pastor Marvin Coleman.
