Richard A Cross, an author, empowerment coach, and speaker, and also the founder of Going Beyond Limitations where the focus is to help young men to cultivate positive self-image and break preconceived barriers.
Cross is currently living in Missouri, and working as Director of Mentoring and Tutoring at Lincoln University-MO. “I’m already actively working with young people both in the U.S. and Jamaica and I am committed helping to help them expand the perception of themselves for them to be their best selves”, Cross.
Cross created the Dress Like A Success Mentoring Program which helps cultivate positive self-image in young men and also will provide the young men with suits, and all of the suits are free! This small gift will start a relationship that will help them create a new vision of themselves through mentoring, and that includes improvement in Self-awareness, self-motivation, self-discipline, self-confidence, and self-reliance.
The goal is to form partnerships with other organizations and schools to keep the program ongoing to continue providing support and guidance to the young men.
