Imagine a race with 31 obstacles, scaling 8×10 feet walls, crawling under barbed wire, climbing over cargo nets while traversing across monkey bars and rigs.
A mouthful isn’t it? In studio are the winners of the 2019 Guardsman Games, Ingrid Blackwood and Henry Thomas, who did just that.
After three months of preparation, training six days per week, Ingrid managed to take home 1st Place Overall female, 1st Place Female – Elite Class and a Finishers medal. Henry also copped 1st Place Overall for males and his finisher medal. Both will now represent Jamaica in London at the OCR Challenge Series.
