In October, the “CAPTAIN I CAN!” Motivational School Tour embarked on a mission under the banner “Drugs and Violence NO WAY.” This educational initiative, supported by the Ministry of Education and Youth, officially kicked off at Excelsior High School on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.
