The Ministry of National Security’s (MNS) objective for the Private Security Regulations Authority Jamaica (PSRA) this year is to raise awareness of their ongoing “Beyond The Badge” campaign, a collection that highlights the crucial contributions of security force members and seeks to recognize, honor, and inspire security workers all over the nation. We highlight Howard Stephen who despite starting as a security guard, defied all odds and returned to school, unlocking new horizons in his career. Today, he stands tall as a successful accountant, proving that our starting point does not limit our potential.
