Fourteen Jamaicans have been honored with the 2023 Chevening scholarships for postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom. Chosen meticulously from a competitive cohort of 65 finalists, these scholars were selected from over 300 potential candidates. Chevening, a prestigious UK government initiative nurturing global leaders, provides a unique platform for upcoming influencers to advance professionally and academically while fostering lasting connections and cultural exposure in the UK. The 2023 awards mark the 40th anniversary of this program.
