The bank has issued the following statement: “In light of the recent earthquake and its impact on the island, we wish to notify the public that temporary disruptions have affected access to NCB’s Customer Care Centre via our toll-free number and live chat on our website.
We are pleased to share that our country’s largest bank managed to restore operations in the Customer Care Service Centre by approximately 5 PM.
