5.6 Magnitude Earthquake Disrupts Business

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited, like many other businesses, has informed its customers about operational disruptions due to the recent earthquake. The bank has issued the following statement:  “In light of the recent earthquake and its impact on the island, we wish to notify the public that temporary disruptions have affected access to NCB’s Customer Care Centre via our toll-free number and live chat on our website.

We are pleased to share that our country’s largest bank managed to restore operations in the Customer Care Service Centre by approximately 5 PM. However, it is important to note that our Knutsford Boulevard location in New Kingston and the Port Antonio branch remain closed until further notice. Watch the report:
