The company started out as a retail bakery with 12 employees; it now boasts over 400 employees with over 40 products under the brand.
Honey Bun made its foray into the export market in 1996 – it currently ships products to the Caribbean, United States and England
The company listed on the junior market of the stock exchange in 2012; and has the distinction of being the first Jamaican bakery with to become HACAP certified in 2016
